The water supply for the laboratory is led out by the main water supply pipe on this floor. A backflow preventer is installed at the inlet of the experimental water supply pipe, and the water supply adopts an upward and downward branch pipe network.
The experimental sewage shall be treated according to the requirements in the Project Environmental Impact Assessment Report issued by the relevant departments. According to the location of the wastewater treatment pool in Kunshan Base, an independent sewage pipe well shall be designed in the Northwest Angle indoors. The sewage pipe shall collect the sewage on each floor and discharge it to the outdoor sewage treatment equipment in Kunshan Base. The sewage can be discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network only after the treatment meets the water quality discharge requirements.
After the waste liquid is collected in the waste liquid collection bucket, it is regularly cleaned and transported by a qualified waste liquid treatment company for treatment.
The design of the pure water preparation room adopts a built-in circulating pure water unit for preparation, with electric control of the water intake, automatic shutdown protection for high and low pressures, built-in water shortage alarm prompt, full process status display of source water and pure water exceeding the standard alarm, consumable replacement prompt alarm, and regular and quantitative water intake to ensure system safety and pure water quality.
