1. Table top: Generally, 12.7mm solid core physical and chemical board is used for laboratory use, with double-layer thickening of the edges to 25.4, which is resistant to strong acid, alkali, corrosion, waterproof, and easy to clean. According to laboratory characteristics and customer needs, we can choose from solid core physical and chemical boards, epoxy resin boards, ceramic boards, marble boards, etc


Table top options:


A: Solid core physical and chemical board thickness: 12.7mm, after edge sealing, 25.4mm, with texture, temperature resistance ≤ 135 ℃, immersion resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, easy wiping, easy cleaning, UV resistance, anti-static and other characteristics.


B: Epoxy resin board thickness: 16mm 19/25mm, customizable. The epoxy resin countertop is made by mixing epoxy resin and silica powder (quartz sand powder) with adhesive and colorant, and casting at a temperature of about 100 degrees Celsius. It has no texture, temperature resistance ≤ 600 ℃, immersion resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, easy to wipe, repairable, and compression resistance without deformation.


C: The ceramic plate is made of natural silicate material with a corrosion-resistant special glaze treatment on the surface. It has been calcined at 1250 ℃ for a long time and is resistant to temperature ≤ 1200 ℃, immersion, acid and alkali corrosion, easy to wipe, and compression without deformation.


D. Marble: Marble is a recrystallized limestone with a delicate texture. It has been polished and formed, with smooth edges and long service life without deformation. It has high hardness, impact resistance, strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, easy cleaning, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and stable physical properties.
